Outside Sales-Floral Sales

I hope I'm not stepping on toes, someone at Koeler recommended I post this here...

We are a NEW shop up in Zimmerman, MN who is looking for an outside sales rep/designer. My current designer is fabulous! She's a very sassy gal who has been designing flowers for over 40 years, though has told me her "selling" days are over. I will say that you would never believe that if you saw her in front of a young bride!

Hours worked IN the store will be hourly (starting wage negotiable), sales jobs will be paid at the commission rate of 30% of company profit. That seems low, but keep in mind if you're needed to help put it together, you will be on payroll as well...You are more than welcome to office from home.

We are looking at everything from the fresh flowers on the receptionists desk to the $50,000 wedding! NO job is too large, or too small!
